MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for applying to become a member of the World Federation for Culture Collections (WFCC). You have a choice of membership type:

Ordinary membership is available to any individual who is interested in culture collections and the activities of the WFCC

Affiliate Organization membership is available to culture collections that can implement the WFCC Guidelines for the establishment and operation of culture collections

Sustaining membership is open to any one, company or organisation that wishes to donate funds to help support the WFCC activities

Please indicate by ticking the relevant box below and complete all the details requested. If you wish your collection to become an affiliate member then please provide your collection details to the World Data Centre for Microorganisms (WDCM) via CCINFO registration WDCM web site.

This data can be emailed to the Secretary of the WFCC or mailed if preferred. An invoice for subscriptions will be issued and on payment a welcome pack and a member number will be issued.
